مرحبًا بكم في متجر وعد (mtjrwaad.store). تنظم هذه الشروط استخدام المتجر وشراء المنتجات منه. يرجى قراءتها قبل تقديم الطلب. لا تحد هذه الشروط من حقوق المستهلك المقررة بموجب الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
استخدام المتجر
يجب أن تتوفر لديكم الأهلية النظامية للشراء، أو أن يتم الشراء بإذن وإشراف ولي أو ممثل نظامي عند الحاجة. تلتزمون بتقديم بيانات صحيحة ومحدثة وعدم استخدام المتجر في أي نشاط غير مشروع أو احتيالي أو بما يضر بالمتجر أو مستخدميه. عند إنشاء حساب، تتحملون مسؤولية المحافظة على سرية بيانات الدخول وإبلاغنا عند الاشتباه باستخدام غير مصرح به.
المنتجات والمعلومات
نسعى لعرض أوصاف وصور وأسعار دقيقة. قد تختلف الألوان الظاهرة بحسب الشاشة، دون أن يؤثر ذلك في حقكم في استلام منتج مطابق لوصفه. يخضع توفر المنتجات للمخزون. عند اكتشاف خطأ جوهري في وصف منتج أو سعره بعد تقديم الطلب، سنتواصل معكم لتوضيحه والحصول على موافقتكم على أي تعديل أو لإلغاء الطلب ورد المبلغ المدفوع، حسب الحالة.
الأسعار والدفع
تُعرض الأسعار بالريال السعودي ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. تُوضح الضرائب المطبقة وتكاليف الشحن وأي رسوم إضافية في ملخص الطلب قبل إتمام الدفع. تُطبق تغييرات الأسعار على الطلبات المستقبلية ولا تغير سعر طلب تم قبوله. يجب استخدام وسيلة دفع مشروعة ومصرح لكم باستخدامها.
الطلبات
يُعد إشعار استلام الطلب تأكيدًا لوصوله وليس بالضرورة تأكيدًا نهائيًا لقبوله. قد نحتاج إلى التحقق من بيانات الطلب أو الدفع قبل تنفيذه. إذا تعذر التنفيذ بسبب نفاد المنتج أو عدم إمكان التوصيل أو سبب مشروع آخر، سنبلغكم ونعيد أي مبلغ مدفوع عن الجزء الملغى. لن نفرض رسومًا إضافية أو نستبدل منتجًا دون موافقتكم.
الشحن والتوصيل
تُوضح خيارات الشحن والتكاليف والمواعيد التقديرية المتاحة أثناء إتمام الطلب أو في سياسة الشحن. يرجى تقديم عنوان ورقم تواصل صحيحين. سنبلغكم عند وجود تأخير جوهري، مع مراعاة حقوقكم النظامية في الإلغاء أو الاسترداد. لا تعفي المواعيد التقديرية المتجر من التزاماته النظامية.
الإلغاء والإرجاع واسترداد الأموال
تخضع طلبات الإلغاء والإرجاع والاستبدال والاسترداد لسياسة الإرجاع واسترداد الأموال المنشورة في المتجر، مع مراعاة الحقوق والمدد والاستثناءات النظامية. يرجى التواصل معنا لطلب المساعدة قبل إرسال المنتجات المرتجعة.
الخصوصية
تخضع معالجة البيانات الشخصية لسياسة الخصوصية المنشورة في المتجر وللأنظمة المعمول بها. لا تُعد الموافقة على هذه الشروط موافقة مستقلة على الرسائل التسويقية أو معالجة البيانات التي تتطلب موافقة خاصة.
الملكية الفكرية
المحتوى والعلامات والصور والتصاميم المنشورة في المتجر مملوكة لأصحابها أو مستخدمة بإذن. لا يجوز نسخها أو استغلالها تجاريًا دون إذن صاحب الحق، باستثناء ما تسمح به الأنظمة.
الخدمات والروابط الخارجية
قد يعتمد المتجر على خدمات خارجية للدفع أو الشحن أو تقديم وظائف تقنية، وقد يعرض روابط لمواقع أخرى. تخضع الخدمات الخارجية لشروطها ذات الصلة، دون أن يلغي ذلك مسؤولياتنا تجاهكم بموجب الأنظمة. يرجى مراجعة شروط وخصوصية المواقع الخارجية قبل استخدامها.
المسؤولية
نسعى للحفاظ على تشغيل المتجر ودقة معلوماته، لكن قد تحدث انقطاعات تقنية أو أخطاء غير مقصودة. تُحدد مسؤولية كل طرف وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها. لا تتضمن هذه الشروط إعفاءً من المسؤولية عن الغش أو الإهمال الجسيم أو أي مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها نظامًا، ولا تنتقص من حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية.
تعديل الشروط والقانون المطبق
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط وننشر النسخة الجديدة مع تاريخ التحديث. لا تسري التعديلات بأثر رجعي على الطلبات المقبولة سابقًا إلا بموافقتكم أو إذا اقتضى النظام ذلك. تخضع هذه الشروط للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية. يمكنكم التواصل معنا لحل أي شكوى، دون المساس بحقكم في اللجوء إلى الجهات المختصة.

Welcome to Mtjrwaad (mtjrwaad.store). These terms govern use of our store and purchases made through it. Please read them before placing an order. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable laws in Saudi Arabia.
Using our store
You must have legal capacity to make purchases or, where necessary, purchase with the permission and supervision of a legal guardian or representative. You agree to provide accurate, current information and not use the store for unlawful or fraudulent activities or in ways that harm the store or its users. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.
Products and information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, and prices. Displayed colors may vary by screen, without affecting your right to receive products matching their description. Availability depends on stock. If we discover a material error in a product description or price after you order, we will contact you to explain it and obtain your agreement to any change, or cancel the order and refund the amount paid, as appropriate.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Saudi riyals unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and additional charges are disclosed in the order summary before payment. Price changes apply to future orders and do not change the price of an accepted order. You must use a lawful payment method that you are authorized to use.
Orders
An order receipt notification confirms receipt of your order and does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may need to verify order or payment information before fulfillment. If fulfillment is not possible because of stock availability, delivery limitations, or another legitimate reason, we will notify you and refund any payment for the canceled portion. We will not impose additional charges or substitute products without your agreement.
Shipping and delivery
Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or in our shipping policy. Please provide an accurate address and contact number. We will notify you of material delays, subject to your statutory cancellation and refund rights. Estimated delivery times do not remove our legal obligations.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Cancellation, return, exchange, and refund requests are subject to our published Return and Refund Policy and applicable statutory rights, timeframes, and exceptions. Please contact us for assistance before sending returned items.
Privacy
Personal data is processed according to our published Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Acceptance of these terms does not constitute separate consent to marketing messages or data processing requiring specific consent.
Intellectual property
Content, trademarks, images, and designs displayed in the store belong to their respective owners or are used with permission. You may not copy or commercially exploit them without the rights holder's permission, except as permitted by law.
