نحرص في متجر وعد (mtjrwaad.store) على توضيح تكاليف الشحن وإجراءات التوصيل قبل إتمام طلبكم.
رسوم الشحن والشحن المجاني
رسوم الشحن 25 ريالًا سعوديًا للطلبات التي تقل قيمتها عن 299 ريالًا سعوديًا. الشحن مجاني للطلبات بقيمة 299 ريالًا سعوديًا أو أكثر. يُحسب استحقاق الشحن المجاني على قيمة المنتجات بعد تطبيق الخصومات، دون احتساب رسوم الشحن. تُوضح تكلفة الشحن النهائية في ملخص الطلب قبل الدفع.
مناطق التوصيل
التوصيل متاح للعناوين التي تظهر لها خيارات شحن عند إتمام الطلب. إذا لم يظهر خيار شحن لعنوانكم، يرجى التواصل معنا للتحقق من إمكانية التوصيل قبل الشراء.
تجهيز الطلب ومدة التوصيل
يبدأ تجهيز الطلب بعد تأكيده والتحقق من الدفع عند الحاجة. مدة التوصيل التقديرية من يوم إلى 5 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب. لا تشمل أيام العمل العطلات الرسمية. قد تتأثر المدة بعنوان العميل أو ظروف شركة الشحن. عند حدوث تأخير جوهري، سنبلغكم بالمستجدات ونساعدكم في الحل المناسب، مع مراعاة حقوقكم النظامية. لا تُعد المواعيد التقديرية إعفاءً من التزاماتنا النظامية.
بيانات التوصيل
يرجى إدخال الاسم ورقم الهاتف والعنوان بدقة، بما في ذلك المدينة والرمز البريدي وأي تفاصيل تساعد على الوصول. لتعديل العنوان، تواصلوا معنا في أقرب وقت قبل شحن الطلب. قد يتعذر تعديل العنوان بعد تسليم الشحنة لشركة الشحن.
تتبع الشحنة
عند توفر رقم تتبع، نرسله عبر بيانات التواصل المسجلة في الطلب. يمكنكم التواصل معنا إذا لم تصل معلومات الشحنة أو احتجتم إلى مساعدة في متابعتها.
تعذر التسليم أو تأخر الشحنة
إذا تعذر التسليم بسبب بيانات غير صحيحة أو عدم استلام الشحنة، سنتواصل معكم لترتيب الحل. أي تكلفة إضافية لإعادة الشحن تُوضح لكم وتُعتمد بموافقتكم قبل الإجراء. إذا تأخرت الشحنة أو فُقدت، يرجى التواصل معنا لنقوم بمتابعتها مع شركة الشحن، دون المساس بحقوقكم النظامية.
الشحنات التالفة أو الطلبات الخاطئة
يرجى فحص الطلب عند الاستلام والتواصل معنا في أقرب وقت إذا ظهر تلف أو نقص أو اختلاف عن الطلب، مع إرفاق رقم الطلب وصور توضح المشكلة إن أمكن. سنراجع الحالة ونرتب الحل المناسب، ونتحمل التكاليف الناتجة عن خطأ من جانبنا أو عيب في المنتج.
الإرجاع والاسترداد
تخضع تكاليف شحن الإرجاع واسترداد رسوم الشحن لسياسة الإرجاع واسترداد الأموال المنشورة في المتجر وللأنظمة المعمول بها.

At Mtjrwaad (mtjrwaad.store), we aim to explain shipping costs and delivery procedures before you complete your order.
Shipping fees and free shipping
Shipping costs SAR 25 for orders below SAR 299. Shipping is free for orders of SAR 299 or more. Free shipping eligibility is calculated using the value of products after discounts, excluding shipping fees. The final shipping cost is shown in the order summary before payment.
Delivery areas
Delivery is available to addresses for which shipping options appear at checkout. If no shipping option appears for your address, please contact us to check delivery availability before purchasing.
Order processing and delivery times
Order preparation begins after confirmation and payment verification where required. Estimated delivery takes 1 to 5 business days from order confirmation. Business days exclude public holidays. Delivery times may be affected by your address or carrier conditions. If a material delay occurs, we will keep you informed and help arrange an appropriate solution, subject to your statutory rights. Estimated timeframes do not remove our legal obligations.
Delivery details
Please provide an accurate name, phone number, and address, including your city, postal code, and helpful delivery details. To change your address, contact us as soon as possible before shipment. Address changes may not be possible after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Shipment tracking
Where tracking is available, we send the tracking details using the contact information provided with your order. Contact us if you have not received shipment information or need help tracking your parcel.
Failed delivery or delayed shipments
If delivery fails because of incorrect details or an uncollected parcel, we will contact you to arrange a solution. Any additional reshipping cost will be disclosed and agreed with you before proceeding. If a shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier, without limiting your statutory rights.
Damaged shipments or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if it is damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and photos of the issue where possible. We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate solution, covering costs arising from our error or a product defect.
Returns and refunds
Return shipping costs and refunds of shipping charges are governed by our published Return and Refund Policy and applicable laws.
