سياسة الإرجاع واسترداد الأموال
نحرص في متجر وعد على رضاكم. توضح هذه السياسة شروط طلب الإرجاع والاستبدال واسترداد الأموال، دون الإخلال بأي حقوق مقررة بموجب الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
مدة وشروط الإرجاع
يمكنكم طلب إرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلامه. لقبول الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي، يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وبحالته الأصلية، مع ملحقاته وملصقاته وتغليفه الأصلي، وإرفاق رقم الطلب أو إثبات الشراء. لا تسري هذه الشروط بما يحد من حقوقكم عند وجود عيب أو عدم مطابقة المنتج للطلب.
كيفية طلب الإرجاع
يرجى مراسلتنا على support@mtjrwaad.store مع رقم الطلب وسبب الإرجاع، وإرفاق صور توضح المشكلة إن وجدت. سنزوّدكم بتعليمات الإرجاع وعنوان إرسال الشحنة بعد مراجعة الطلب. يُرجى عدم إرسال المنتجات قبل التواصل معنا، وعدم استخدام عنوان التواصل للإرجاع إلا بعد تأكيده.
المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي
تشمل الاستثناءات المنتجات المصنوعة حسب الطلب أو المخصصة، والمنتجات سريعة التلف، ومنتجات العناية الشخصية أو المنتجات الصحية التي فُتح ختمها، والمحتوى الرقمي بعد بدء تنزيله أو استخدامه، وبطاقات الهدايا، بالقدر الذي تسمح به الأنظمة المعمول بها. لا تمنع هذه الاستثناءات المطالبة بالحقوق النظامية عند وجود عيب أو عدم مطابقة.
المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة
يرجى فحص الطلب عند الاستلام والتواصل معنا في أقرب وقت إذا كان المنتج تالفًا أو معيبًا أو مختلفًا عن المنتج المطلوب. بعد التحقق، سنرتب الحل المناسب، سواء بالاستبدال أو باسترداد الأموال، ونتحمل تكاليف الشحن والإرجاع الناتجة عن خطأ من جانبنا أو عيب في المنتج.
تكاليف الإرجاع والاستبدال
عند الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي، يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع. لا نفرض رسوم إعادة تخزين. لا تُسترد رسوم الشحن الأصلية في حالات تغيير الرأي، إلا إذا اقتضت الأنظمة المعمول بها خلاف ذلك. لطلب الاستبدال، تواصلوا معنا للتحقق من توفر البديل وتحديد أي فرق في السعر أو تكلفة الشحن قبل الإجراء.
استرداد الأموال
بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه، سنبلغكم بنتيجة الطلب. عند الموافقة، سنعالج الاسترداد إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 10 أيام عمل. إذا تعذر ذلك، سنتفق معكم على وسيلة بديلة مناسبة. قد يستغرق ظهور المبلغ وقتًا إضافيًا بحسب البنك أو مزود الدفع. إذا لم يظهر المبلغ بعد 15 يوم عمل من إشعار معالجة الاسترداد، يرجى التواصل معنا. قد تختلف مدة وصول الشحنة المرتجعة بحسب موقعكم وشركة الشحن.
إلغاء الطلب
يمكنكم طلب إلغاء الطلب بالتواصل معنا قبل شحنه. إذا تم شحن الطلب، يُعامل الطلب وفق شروط الإرجاع الواردة أعلاه، مع مراعاة الحقوق النظامية.

Return and Refund Policy
At Mtjrwaad, customer satisfaction matters to us. This policy explains how to request returns, exchanges, and refunds without limiting any rights under applicable laws in Saudi Arabia.
Return window and conditions
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with its accessories, tags, and original packaging. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase. These conditions do not limit your rights when an item is defective or does not match your order.
How to request a return
Email support@mtjrwaad.store with your order number, the reason for your return, and photos showing any issue, where relevant. After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions and confirm the return shipping address. Please contact us before sending any items, and do not use the contact address for returns unless we have confirmed it.
Items excluded from change-of-mind returns
Exceptions include custom-made or personalized items, perishable goods, personal care or hygiene products with opened seals, digital content once downloading or use has begun, and gift cards, to the extent permitted by applicable law. These exceptions do not prevent you from exercising statutory rights for defective or non-conforming items.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, and cover shipping and return costs arising from our error or a product defect.
Return and exchange costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns unless applicable law requires otherwise. To request an exchange, contact us to confirm availability and agree on any price difference or shipping cost before proceeding.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If this is not possible, we will agree on a suitable alternative with you. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. If the amount has not appeared within 15 business days of our refund processing notification, please contact us. Return shipment transit times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Order cancellation
You may request cancellation by contacting us before your order ships. If it has already shipped, the return conditions above apply, subject to your statutory rights.
